Hi Guys!
I picked up a Case 1140 with 850 hours on it, had the 72" mower and an L108 Loader on it. Ive been slowly going through it and taking care of some "deferred maintenance" items - Now I need a water pump too, leaking through the weep hole. ug.
Anyway - I live up here in cold Northern MN - This little tractor has been great at moving snow with the loader and the 6' back-blade I picked up for it. Having said that though I would like to have 4wd, mine is 2wd.
I'm very mechanically inclined (recently swapped a Landrover V8 into a Mazda Pickup for fun) and I grew up around tractors(none of the ones we had growing up were 4wd though).
Has anyone ever done a conversion? Is anyone interested in selling a scrapped-out case 11XX series/Mahindra 2816/CubCadet 727X tractor?
