MF65 IP removal

I have confirmed my IP is bad & am in the process of removing it, I have the timing cover removed, the timing gear removed, & 2 1/2" bolts removed, the third bolt is between the IP & the engine, very hard to get to but worse than that, it does not seem to be a 1/2" hex bolt, it might be an Allen but impossible to see, anyone BTDT?

I'm fairly sure your reference to IP is not Internet Provider, And probably not Instrument Panel. So what is it?
and BTW I'm very familiar with MF65's... KennyV

Injection Pump, I had posted previously while trying to determine if that was the problem

Injector pump... alright ... I have beem dealing with several IP's Internet Providers this wk... but no injector pumps.
Can't help much in the removal, but while you have it off and in for an evaluation take the injectors in for the same... KennyV

The third bolt is usually the same as the first 2. I use a 3/8" ratchet with a 6" extension and a swivel socket. You have to make your combination just slightly longer than the pump and work the ratchet at the back end of the pump. I have a long Snap On flex head ratchet that I like to use. It is a tight fit, but this works for me.

the 2 bolts I removed are 1/2 " hex heads, the 3rd one, behind the pump, is not a hex, someone must have replaced it, possibly with an Allen,

I was able to determine that the 3rd bolt was a 7/32 allen & have removed the pump, I'm in the process of looking for a rebuilt IP & also need to replace the fuel line that goes from the secondary filter to the IP, unable to find any new part listing for that line & am looking for a used one, any suggestions?
