I have a MF65 (english built 765) with Perkins AD4.203 engine.
Recently I changed the o'rings for stop and throttle into the injection pump. After that looking up into the lift pump bowl, with the engine idling, I can see some air bubbling. Also after I stop the engine and start it after some time I can see how the pump spits out oil (it seems that is mixed with diesel), which makes me believe that the diaphragm is compromised.
On the lift pump housing is written AC , Made in England , and under the pump body near one of the screws I can see 771 F4 . Can you help me to identify the serial number ?
Can you let me know if the DELPHI HFP138 will be a good replacement ?
