For Sale - MF41 Dyna Balance 7' Sickle Bar Mower, 3 pt hitch driven (no hydraulics)., Cat I I used it on a MF 1540 tractor (40 horsepower).
The shaft to the sickle appeared to break a few years ago and needs to be fixed before it can be used. I don't have the skills to fix it, and have no real need for it, so did not bother to pay to get it fixed.
I bought it used in July 2017; worked great for the two summers that I used it, so should be fine once the shaft is fixed.
The broken shaft is where the red circle is.
Have extra parts for it too, mainly for the cutting edge (are available at Tractor Supply)
These are rare and sought after; took me awhile to find one when I bought it.
