If it has a 3 cylinder Perkins, it's a 30B. The 30 (4 cylinder Perkins), which I have was manufactured during the period 1970 - 1976. I haven't found the exact year of mine, either. The 9A was used up until a certain yer, but I can't recall what year it was. I hope this is of a little help to you. Good luck. I see this is an older post. Hi, All,

I am trying to find out what the refill capacity of the Massey MF34 Loader is. No luck after days of scouring the Web, the Operator's Manual or the Service Manual. The Parts Manual says "As Required". Good grief! There has to be somewhere that states the Drain and Refill capacity! The dipstick fell off the breather and I don't even know what the proper oil level is. Help!

Mine is the 3 cyl 30B, the fel has 40B on it but the hood has 30B. I have not found anything on the serial number yet but continue to look. On the hydraulic for the fel, when I can tell it's losing power to lift I add about 2 gallons to the reservoir and its fine. I will check my spec book next time I'm down at the Ranch to find out the capacity.

Looks great! :thumbsup: Have you been using it much so far? I meant to ask in my last post ... is it 3 or 4 cyl Perkins, and is it diesel or petrol?

I use it a lot for a variety of tasks, its a 3cyl Perkins diesel.

Gentlemen, I am Wendle Hickman. I have a MF 20 industrial with the ag3.152 engine. I think it may be a 74 or about. I read every post especially concerning the MF 20. Look forward to learning and sharing.
