I recently purchased a 1979 MF245. The front wheels wobble when I run it at high speed on asphalt surfaces (highway). The front tires are fully inflated. If I deflated them some, would that solve the problem? If so, how much should I deflate them? I just don't want to under-deflate. Thank you!

Try and jack up the front end and see if the bearings are loose (common). They can be adjusted tighter without difficulty, just don't over tighten them. About hand tight is usually enough iirc.

If they are really worn they might need replacing but try adjusting them first. It depends how much road work you anticipate doing. For field work it's not a huge issue.

check your tie rod ends and king pins for wear along with slack in your steering sector

Had exactly that problem. The tie rod ends are worn out , replace Both ends as the problem will only be half fixed if you do one end and not both.
