Oil & Fuel MF1205 oil change

I have a MF1205 and it uses 10w-30 oil. I have not been able to find that at the local parts store. Just 15w-40. I found 15w-40 Valvoline Premium Blue Heavy Duty Diesel on sale. Can I use that? I have 295 hours on the engine and the day time tempertures are in the 90's here in Florida.

It's just a little thicker. (Let it warm up a little longer) That's what I use in mine. Walmart even have 10W30 that's the most common weight of oil there is. That and 5w30

Above certain temps, MF does recommend running 15W40. I am running semi syn 15W40 in ours right now, and will go to T6 in the late fall.
