mf1020 hydrolic fluid plug size?

I bought a Mf1020 which has a stripped hydrolic fluid reservoir bolt. I would like to buy an oversized bolt but I can not find what size the original plug is. Thanks for any help.

Take some calipers,and measure the hole,if you don't have calipers then take a ruler or tape measure and measure the hole.If you have some bolts at your disposal stick some in the hole to see what size the hole is.I'll bet it's got to be upwards of a 1/2" hole more then likely a metric but no matter if your going with a self tapping pan plug as it will make it's own threads. could be 9/16" ,5/8" ,11/16",3/4" measure the old hole then you'll know what size to buy.I'am sure I've mentioned other ways such as helicoil,larger size tap for larger plug.Different ways to fix just your preference.Larry
