MF TO35 hydraulics not working

I started up my TO 35 tractor today after it has been sitting in the barn unused for about 8 months. It started up and runs fine but the 3 pt arms wont raise. Everything worked the last time I used it. I am not sure what might be wrong. I wonder if there is anything simple I could try?

After checking all the fluids and cleaning or replacing filters and screens, try operating all the the hyd cyl, 3pt many time to purge any air that might be in the hyd system.

If you have a gage, you can tell if you have pressure and how much.
