MF 65 - Hydraulic lever

Hi, im new so this so any help would be grately appreciated.
I have a MF 65 (MK II), which I bought at the right price, and the hydraulic lift control lever (lever nearest seat) is stuck solid. The draft lever is working fine. This tractor was left-up for 15 years almost, outside in the lovely rainy Irish weather. So, how am i going to solve this? I have the lift cover off the tractor, and am just a little cautious about going near these levers, as i dont want to break anything! P.S: WD40 aint doing it no good. Anyone got any other ideas?

WD40 is not a lubricant or a penetrating oil... Get some PB Blaster.
