MF 50 getting back to life.

I needed to finish my carborator before I was ready to get onto changing out spark plugs. It has been sitting for a year. I am going to change the oils and filters. Flush the radiator. But is there any pressing items that can come up. I just want to get her running. I have to change out the coil. But the fuel system is good, Starter is good.

Don't forget the distributor--points, lube the cam, check the wiring and capacitor, timing. Or better yet, get a distributor rebuild kit just to be sure you have fresh parts.

Sounds good. And I will send pics when I get home this week. My first problem is that now that I have the carb rebuild I need to adjust the fuel mix for idle and running. Do I turn the bolt and wheel to the right to close and then turn out left by a quarter turn or what.

I got home and turned her over and she started up and ran until I pushed more gas on, just a little.
