MF 4707 4710 Dyna 2 max speed question

Looking at a used 4710 with dyna 2 (24 speed). I noted the tractor didn't maintain speed well or rpm when using High 6th gear with the powershift, especially with an incline on the road. I would think the 100HP wouldn't do this and am concerned of a power issue. It would suggest a 4707 with same tranny would be useless in this gear. Can anyone with a 4700 series dyna 2 chime in with how your tractor normally performs at top gear (ie 24th on road)?
