MF 3650 won't crank

Call me a gentleman farmer. Not much mechanical experience. I came in from bailing, had the pto running with baler attached. Thought the tractor was in neutral and I pop the clutch and of course the tractor jumped and died. Now it won't crank or even try to crank. What could be the problem, what can I check, what can I do. The batteries are good, I even jumped them and reading a little over 13 volts.

Please don't take this the wrong way, only intended to help. Is the PTO switch off? Is the tractor in neutral?

Yes, PTO switch is off and tractor is in neutral clutch pressed all way down.
