3-Point Hitch MF 265 weak lift

Hello, My 3 pt. lift is really slow about raising my 6 ft. bush hog. I can raise it to the full up position and the stand on it and it will go back down. It seems as though the lift pump maybe going out on it. I have change the hyd. oil and cleaned the filter with no results. Any help is greatly appreciated.
