MF 2605 Power Steering

Hello! I have a MF 2605 and it has developed a significant wobble in the front wheels. Also, the power steering is very slow to respond. I have to turn the wheel five or six times before the wheels start to turn. When I use the bucket to pick up the front of the tractor I can turn the wheels left and right without the steering wheel moving by hand.

My question for those more mechanically inclined than myself is the problem the power steering pump below the steering wheel or the power steering cylinder? Looking for a place to start. Any assistance would be appreciated!

The wobble may be due to alignment or linkages worn. If you front axle has a pivot pin it may need adjusted.
The cylinder probably needs the orings on the piston replace. Pressure is bypassing the orings.
