MF 255 Questions on Hyd System and Diff lock

I have searched but not able to find what I am looking for. I have an oil leak on the bottom where I believe a filter goes (plate with 3 bolts) for the hydraulic system. I can't find anyone who sells a gasket for that, does it not take one? The differntial lock pedal is also locked, won't move. I spayed some lube on it hoping it will free up, any other advice? Thanks

Hey Morty, I'm not sure I will be of great help here, but I will offer what I can... On your diff lock, are you saying it is locked down in the engaged position or that you can't get it to move down and engage? My Massey has a small foot pedal that I have to hold down pressure on to lock the diff. It does not engage easily, and sometimes I have to rock the tractor back and forth to get it to "drop in". As soon as I remove my foot, a spring will unlock the diff.

It won稚 engage, I can stand on it, rock the tractor and the pedal won稚 move. I had another 255 and I know what you mean by rocking it.
