I just bought a mf 245 the 3 point lift is really slow and just raises when it is on the pump only all the way to the top draft has to be lifted all the way also is not it wont lift also the lift only works within a 3 inch from the setting all the way up meaning if it is lowered 3" it will drop all the way down what can I do to solve this problem.

on my 231 there is a dial to change speed of the lift...something to look into.
