My diesel MF will run for a few hours then lose power and barely run, engine will surge for a few seconds and back to barely an idle or stop. If I let it sit for a few hours it will run fine for a few minutes or a few hours and then the problem starts over. I changed the fuel filter and added a water removal additive to the fuel. No help. What next?
