Can someone help me. I was bush hogging behind my house and the tractor died. The gauges went flat and the lights will not come on. Also when you turn the key the fuel pump will not come on. I found a connector that was loose under the tractor and do not know where it goes. It has two blue wires going to it and is a six pin connector in a rectangle shape. Can someone give me help?

Probably the neutral saftey switch on the range shifter or gear selector. Mine has came off twice and it wouldn't start with no lights. One of the two times was yesterday. Both times mowing heavy brush and yaupon. Everything was fine until I shut it off for a break and then nothing when I hit the key. The loose wire can only fit a switch that is somewhere in the radius of the loose end. If there is 12 inches of loose wire............look in a two foot area around the point where the wire is secured.
