I have a MF 1440V. From everything I have researched, these tractors were manufactured from 02-05. I can't find parts for them anywhere. Everything I google says 1500 series and above. Nothing on any reputable website except Ebay. Even AGCO doesn't seem to have direct part numbers. All I need is hydraulic filter, and Air Filter. I was able to find fuel and oil filters at my local NAPA store but nothing else. Where can I go to cross reference old part numbers or what is the newer equivalent of a 1440V that I can use to find parts?

I am not trusting of Amazon's application information. You can go to https://parts.agcocorp.com/us/en/apbsearch/model and look up 1440V. This is agco's parts books. Then once you find the part number you can find the part.
