mf 135 lift arms wont come down

The other day I was using my mf 135, and when I lifted the blade the arms would not come down, I removed the side plates, but not sure what to look for, when I move the levers, I can see two pins with springs moving, but cannot tell if something has come loose, anybody have a similar problem

Check for a knob centered below the seat that adjusts the pto descent rate. It can get turned by accident and can lock the 3pt in the up position.

No PTO decent knob on the 40 year old Massey. Decent is controlled by the same lever that is not working for the OP. I have read much in the past when I first got my 135 but forgotten most of it. You should be able to google for an answer as I recall reading lots because while I can raise and lower the 3PTH on mine, the other (draft?) control is seized up and I once thought about going in and fixing it and my weak hydraulic system.
