MF 135 knocking sound under seat

I'm not sure what the noise could be, when I press the clutch pedal down the noise stops.
Any help would be great.

It could be the relief valve on the hydraulic pump releasing the pressure. There are a few posts recently added that gives replies to this.
What is the position control lever position? Is it in the constant pumping position? Does your tractor have a diverter valve under the seat?
