MF 1250 pto problem

my massey 1250 PTO stopped working I thought it was the solenoid in the valve i took it apart put some new orings in the valve and it worked for 2.5 hrs. It stopped again i can hear the solenoid click bit the PTO WONT engage
all other hydraulics works.
