MF 1240 parts

I have a MF1240 and it now appears there are no dealers left anywhere close to me. I'm in Hague VA 22469 if anyone has some info. My problem today is the need for the spin on transmission oil filter. Anyone have a cross to an available filter? Fram or something found in auto stores?
