MF 1235 Pricing Question

I recently discovered a MF 1235 tractor that is 1 to 2 years old and has seen only a little over an hour of use. I understand the owner bought it at an auction and it is gathering dust in a garage.

I'd like to make an offer but need some expert advice as to what this tractor is worth.

I will greatly appreciate any help in this matter.
