MF 1205

I'm considering purchasing a new MF 1205, 4WD, HST drive with 54 in belly mower. Does anybody here have experience with this tractor or know of any pros or cons. Thanks in advance.

I have the next model up (a 1215) with the same mower. I think the deck does a wonderful job, and is real easy to adjust up & down. Taking the deck on and off is not too bad, but I recommend having a floor jack to raise the front a bit to clear turf tires and front drive shaft. I find my tractor hard to get around in tight garden spaces, but I have GST. Your HST should solve that problem very well.

I just bought a loader and find that that the MMM will get hung up in soft ground even with wheels up. I now take it off for heavy loader work which isn't real convenient.

Glad to see that somebody is considering "red".
