We solved this problem by putting up a new metal building. It has the double bubble insulation between the metal frame and the metal sheeting walls and roof. It doesn’t have any condensation issues.
However, it doesn’t have enough insulation to keep it cool during South Carolina summers.
I may add a ceiling inside and blow in insulation.
