Metal bonded seals for banjo type hydraulic hose fittings

Hello and good day.

I have a Lu Zhong 254 with an unknown brand FEL.
All the hydraulic fittings on the FEL use a metal bonded seal
on the banjo type fittings and everywhere else.
The Lai Dong engine oil pan even uses this type of seal on the drain plug.
I cannot find these seals anywhere.
Can anyone help?

I measured with a caliper and got these numbers....


Small ring: OD = 19.7 mm. ID = 13.7 mm.


Large ring: OD = 30.4 mm ID = 21 mm.


I will try to attach photo.
My hydraulic fittings are all metric sizes.
Can't find them anywhere around here.

Did you try a local hydraulic supplier? The dowty washers are used with BSP ports. When I added an oil gauge to my Kubota, a local hydraulic fitter had the necessary BSP fittings/adapters to convert to 1/8" NPT for the gauge.

Yes have tried all local farm equipment suppliers. (There are many here)

I actually found a hose and fitting repair shop that was able to make me a new hose
cutting the ends from my broken hose and brazing them on to new crimp fittings.
Amazing job they did!

They had never seen the metric fittings from my tractor anywhere before.

Farm equipment suppliers typically have US-style fittings, as most of the big iron farm tractors are US. A hydraulic/hose supplier has the fancy fittings for all hydraulic needs. That's why I specifically said hydraulic supplier

Glad it works out though... hope the brazing holds!

You could probably substitute a copper washer in its place.
