Met Pieter and JimMc at the EXPO

Met these two along with the other people they brought with them to the EXPO down in KY. What SUPER GUYS. They took the time to explain every portion of their equipment and manufacturing proceesses to me today. Asked me all kinds of questions as to what I thought looked good, what needed changed, what should they add to their line. By the way I got to see the top secret thingies JimMc mentioned in another thread.

They are really trying to make a quality product at a good price from what I saw.

Come on don't tease, lets see those picture /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif. Did they have any rotary cutters, and how did they look? What was you impression of their equipment, and does it look like they will be able to deliver quantities of product?

I was there and met JimMc and Pieter also. In the attached photo taken at the First Choice Outdoor Display (they also had a smaller one inside), Jim is the guy in the lighter blue shirt on the left and Pieter is in the darker shirt (with his back to us).

I was very impressed with the quality of the products especially in view of the pricing. Excellent weld quality, nice fitup of parts, and the best paint quality I have ever seen on implements. They have also designed every aspect of the 3 point hitches to comply with ASAE and SAE standards so attaching to quick hitches should be no problem.

I think this company is off to a great start.

This is the only photo I took. You can see 2 rotary cutters in the picture on the right side. On the one in rear you will see a new "quick hitch" that was being displayed for the first time. It was also shown with a hydraulic top link. As I understand it these are being developed and final details are still being worked on.

The rotary cutters are also shown on the First Choice Website.

Small utility blades, box blades, and landscape rakes sized for sub-compact tractors were displayed along with the larger equipment. All of the products have a "family" appearance with the same styling from the smallest to the largest.
