Has anyone had their snowblower chute melt?: Put snowblower away today
off my gt2550. Left side of chute and chute deflector had been melted.Still
functional. Melted enough to curl bottom of chute deflector.
I have a 2007 GT 2554 with the snow blower (190-341) attachment. My chute is trying to melt when I swing it to the left. AFter waiting 6 months the dealer has informed me last Friday that the manufacturer has agreed to replace the shute and install an insulator. It would be better if they change the type muffler or redirect the tail pipe of the muffler. It is under warentee for 2 more years and I think the dealer will be seeing a lot of me.
