I am considering getting one myself especially for cutting around the edges of my fields and some sloped banks. I have a Kubota L3400 with a front end loader but no rear remotes. I should be able to take off the loader and use the loader valve to operate the flail but I may have to get some longer hoses. Luckily we have a local shop that can make hoses at a reasonable price.

I would really be interested in seeing some responses to your question.
