Mcculloch Kubota D20

Hello Everybody, Just got hold of a Mcculloch Kubota D20, Think it is a 1966 model. Is there anybody out there that has info on these things or where I might be able to obtain parts. Thanks in advance, Excalibrator.

Welcome to the McCulloch Tractor Club.
Actually there is no club , but I do own the same model D20.:thumbsup:
Have owned it for 15 years. She has been a real work horse. It has a home made loader on the body. 2 wheel drive and paid for herself 20 fold.
I ordered parts through a local Kabota dealer here in Gresham Oregon.
And have a parts list for the original tractor. I will have too go through some old computer hard drives to find the information for you.
I did come across a fellow at the Kabota Gresham store that new the history on the tractor. In 1965 Kabota wanted to introduce the tractor to the U.S. but could not do so because of trading rules. So Kabota made a deal with McCullochand they introduced the D20, this partnership lasted for several years, until USA lifted trading rule.
I really need to bring her back to her original tractor build.
And enjoy her history.

I just bought a McCullouch 6-12 garden tractor that also has "Product of Kubota" on it. It is smaller than the D20. It has a single cylinder gas engine and a tiller on the back. Looking for any info I can find.

I know you posted this a while ago but by chance if you still have info on the D20 could you get it to me? I bought mine about 3 years ago & did manage to get some parts from Kubota but it would be nice to have a parts list. Do to the lack of some parts I have had to modify some areas like the fuel filter & the intake. At present we are trying to get the glow plugs working, the only way to start it now is with a radiator heater. Mine has a homemade loader & after some improvements on that it really is a workhorse.

Technical publications 1014 Wyandotte st. Fonsan city Ma. 64105 Vol. # 1 copyright 1975
this manual covers many small tractors the Kubota but not D20 It covers L175, & L210 which are close but not the the same but useful. The L200 is the first Model to come after the D20 that was very close many parts are the same. This has been a very good machine # 10004. Gasnutte

Gasnutte and I seem to be following the same paths. I have A D20 that is ser # 100093. Been in my family it's whole life and is still cutting grass.
