McCormick Deering Grain/Fert/Grass Seed drill. How do you remove the disks?

I bought an old (maybe model MF) McCormick Deering Grain drill at an auction. It was froze up on every moving part almost. 1.5 gallons of WD 40 and a rubber mallet later, it's almost all working. THe seed shafts and spinners and levers etc. BUT--almost every single disc/disk is rusted stuck. But even the ones that roll are a brain teaser because I can't take them off! There is a grease plug bolt on the disk hub and took that off and there is a hex hole going through the hub you look through. It's a double disk opener style. Many of the disks are worn flat on bottom from someone using it while frozen up. I found a guy online that has some disks for sale http://farmpartsonline.com/ih-mccormick-grain-disc-openers/ and I think they are same but I want ot take mine off first. ANYONE have any experience with this? I put a ball joint fork inside and tried to pop apart, I got it all soaked and spinning good but the disk won't come off. Does the hex hole in the hub take a huge (larger than 3/8" that I have) hex key and spin out?

I got this thing for pasture renovation. I am hoping this thing will cut through sod to plant clover, orchard grass, timothy etc once I get it all working and replace a few disks. The disks are less than 13" and they are FLAT, if I had sheet metal that was spring-type steel I'd cut new ones, but the farm parts online guy has what I need I think.
