By now, most of you know that Carrie Fisher has passed. Way to young at 60. She was indeed much more than Princess Leia though that is what most of us know her as.

Also, recently the musician George Michael (whom I did not really get into, admittantly) also died from heart issues.

The take home for many of us should be to take care of our hearts if we want to be around for our loved ones even if for ourselves not so much.

So sad to pass at such a young age. I do wonder if doing the drugs (cocaine) at a young age did some sort of damage to the body. She also self medicated for mental disorder. I think she had a problem with alcohol too. These things can add up to a younger death for someone. RIP Princess Leia.

Made a deal with myself when I retired, I would make good use of the used Lifecycle that we had just gotten a great deal on. Sixteen months now since retirement, I ride three days out of four. Forty five to fifty minutes, about 520 calories worth. I am about forty pounds lighter as well.
I plan to spend my kid's inheritance

Very sad to hear of anyone passing so young. Both Carrie and George had serious drug problems.....cocaine. It was reported that George smoked 25 joints per day.......addiction is a terrible problem.
