Does anyone have an electronic copy for the 28XL? One question I have
Is what are the two bolts on the top of the front axles next to the steering
Tie rod connection? I'm planning on adding front fenders and would like to
Use those two bolts to mount the brackets so the fenders move with the wheels.

Don't know about a Max but they could be steering stops to limit the steering and prevent over travel. If you see bolts with jam nuts screwed into the steering knuckles that's probably what they are.

These are the two bolts I'd like to use to mount fenders. Are they ok to remove without
Any problem and reinstall?

Looks like it is nothing more than a tie rod riser - I see no issues. Gave you the torque spec's and it calls for a bit of thread lock as well.

Actually..... I could not find the specific torque for the bolts that are in question in my book! Guess it will be ok if they are just ran down (gootentight) - I have used this reference all too many times!
