Max 24 leak to the left of HST filter

Have a small drip leak underneath my 5 year old MAX 24. It's to the left of the HST Filter. I couldn't have hit anything since it's used to mow the lawn and snow blow the driveway. When the dealer sent the tech out for my 150 HR tuneup, I showed it to him and he tightened the bolt in the leak area, but it's still leaking. Wanted to see if anyone else has seen this and if is a common issue with the MAX 24. Warranty runs out in January, so need to get this issue fixed. I've attached a photo of the problem area.

I don’t have that model but it looks like the leak is coming from above the filter which i think is under the seat. That is where the hydraulic return may be. I’d pull the seat and clean things off if you can’t tell where it is with the seat off.

Might be an illusion but that flanged bolt in the center of the picture looks loose to me

That was the photo before he tightened it. After it was tightened, it still leaks
