Massey Ferguson TO-35 Fuel door

I recently bought a 1959 Massey Ferguson TO-35. The previous owner used a bungee to hold down the door you open on the top of the hood to access the fuel cap. There's a hole that probably should have some sort of bolt or latch holding down what I call the fuel door. Does anyone own one of these or know what originally held the door down? What is it called so I can find a replacement?

Here are the parts you'll need. They're still available and a dealer should be able to get them for you. The knob is part number 6, highlighted in red in the diagram below.

184674M1 - Knob, Service Panel
831240M1 - Washer (3/8 x 13/16 x 1/32")
831599M1 - Washer, Knob (17/64 x 5/8 x 1/32", Special)
