Sickle Bar Massey Ferguson sickle bar mower Model 238?

Does anyone have any information on one of these. Not sure if 238 is the model for sure. It is a 7ft bar, belt drive, and 3 point. Any information would be appreciated.

Does it have the cast Dynabalence head or the Weldement head?-These are the only 2 beltdrive MF mowers that I am aware of--The cast head is the older version (and some would say the best)----Ken Sweet

How can you tell the difference between the 2? The data plate on the head gives a serial numbe only.

The difference is as the design implies--Smooth, cast outer drive box housing or fabricated welded outside housing--Ken Sweet

Ok from that it is the cast. Are manuals and parts available for it? What would the actual model # be? Thanks for the info
