Massey Ferguson Model 50 Year?

Please help me identify the manufacture year of my Father's MF Model 50. The serial no., found underneath the steering wheel, was faded, but is listed as SGM505420. My plans are to restore this tractor and am looking for a grille, hood, decals, head and tail light assemblies, and correct paint scheme. Thank you !
