Massey Ferguson 4WD issue

I have a 2009 Massey Ferguson GC2400. The front wheels do not turn when I shift the tractor into 4WD. The front drive shaft spins when the 4WD is engaged. Has anyone had this problem or anything similar? Is the FWD hydraulically driven?
