Price Check Massey Ferguson 491 4x4 with Loader

Guys I have the opportunity to buy this tractor from a friend and know all the history and whatnot about it. I have no clue how to price a used tractor. I haven't physically looked at the tractor yet, and don't know the serial number. All I Know is that its a MF 491 4x4 with MF loader, he said low hrs and about 88Hp. What should be an expected price to purchase this tractor? Also no Cab.
