Massey Ferguson 265 hydraulics to operate front loader

How do you set the levers to get constant pressure to the two hydraulic connections at back of tractor? We have set the levers as instructed in the Operator's manual but, we are not getting hydraulic pressure. There is a setting on one of the levers marked "Constant Pressure". We are trying to install a front loader on this tractor for the first time. It is a used tractor that we recently bought and we bought a used loader to use with this tractor.

Can you scan and post the instructions so we can read them?

Is the valve a spring center valve where the lever returns to neutral?

You may have to bungee the lever open to get constant pressure.

After you get constant pressure do you want to feed a loader valve to raise the loader arms and tilt the bucket?

What kind of valve will you use for the loader.
