Busy time of the year, and depending on the dealer larger more farm related may be getting a higher priority then a "homeowner/utility" tractor.
A lawyer sure as h*ll would not be a good idea.

I will try the hood removal. It's too big a chore for my 98lb wife to help with, but I can seek a buddy easy enough.

Back about a Month ago, I hose blasted all the radiators and cooling fins, engine also. This is an annual / maintenance thing (remove cotton-wood, dust) but not done b/c of this issue directly ....my region has this annoying shedding from a type of Poplar tree, it's every Spring for about a week or two straight.

This is a done deal. 6 months of me trying on my own and 6 weeks at the dealer. It had bad fuel injectors. After calling the dealer about 100 times it was the call to AGCO that got the dealer to get my tractor done. I hate being “that guy” but The squeaky wheel got the grease.
