Buying Advice massey 174s

Does anybody out there know anything about this tractor? Apparently an orchard model wich can be narrowed, widened. Tractor im looking at is a 1988, mint condition, 4500hrs, motor rebuild at 3500hrs. Dealer wants $9500 for it. My use is mainly snow blowing and driveway maintaince (one mile) New to the tractor world, looking for advice. Tractor is 2 wheel drive, no loader.
