Massey 165- steering bindup adjustment

Does anyone know the adjustment procedure (or have a MF manual) to give me a crash course so I could fix my bindup problem? I recently had front-end work done on this 1970 MF165, and now I'm only getting PS to one side. I understand that there is a turn-buckle adjusting unit behind the grill and under the radiator.
I need to get out and disc a fire-break this week for a control burn and would like to turn both ways!

I'll get you the directions as promised. Just got moving this morning, gotta go out to the shop and get the manuals. I'll have your info before the day is over.
