Massey 135 Hydraulic pump

I would be buying me a service book before I started pulling crap apart but that's just me.

You're sitting on it. That pump is in the rear end assembly and is gear-driven. You have to remove the top cover on the rear end to get to it. And that cover is heavy. You need the service manual to repair it right and get it reinstalled correctly.

Yep, it's under the seat... deep within the bowels of the tractor. And I agree that getting the service manual (available from http://agcopubs.com) is a good idea.
