massey 1030 three point hitch wont lift

my three point hitch just stoped working i checked the hyd oil and was low so i added tractor hyd but still wont lift is it air locked and if so how or what do i do to fix it

You can try this, which is what my 1010 Owner's manual indicates following a fluid change:

Lower the 3 pt hitch
Start tractor
Operate all hydraulic controls repeatedly
Check oil level, and add as needed
Repeat

Have you tried to raise and lower about ten times.

If there is air in the hyd system, b operating the system yo will purge any air.

The pump is pumping fluid at all times, so the air is urged in the main line ina couple of seconds.

All the cyl need to be worked to rid the system of any air.
