Buying Advice Masey Ferguson 390T

So I am kinda obligated to buy a Massey Ferguson 390t next weekend. I gave the man my word. The tractor cranked up ran fine. No smoke has small hydraulic leak on one of the fittings on the back. The doors are missing the ac controls have been ripped out. There is no front end loader. I have a small piece of land I want to farm and some clearing to do but this tractor seems too big. I am getting it at a good price I believe and one more thing the back wheels were flipped around to get in narrow gate and run down strawberry fields if I can get this for under 5000 would it be worth getting to trade for something smaller?

Seems like a lot of tractor for $5K...can't help deciding if it'll do what you need, but you can't get all that much for $5K these days.
