I just finished a book written by Clive Cussler that dealt with bad guys using electromagnetic forces to generate a polar shift, and I wonder if the hoax had it's roots seated in the book he authored.

If there were to be a shift, I most likely won't be miffed. The subduction zone might get a lift. No sense exercising thrift and debtors surely will be stiffed. The calender could be set adrift so when to buy that Christmas gift? But then, I think I will be giving this whole idea short shrift.
