Manual for JD 950 Tractor

I bought a John Deere 950 tractor a few weeks ago. I ordered an IT shop manual for it but it doesn't have a wiring diagram. What manual do I need to get the wiring diagram? Does the parts manual have wiring diagrams? I see parts manual JD 1640 on EBay. The PO made several changes to the wiring and I need to see what I have to fix. I don't get any panel lights. When I checked the fuse box, I only have power to top left fuse when the key is on. There is no power to any fuses with the key off. The light switch was cut off and a togle switch was wired in. You need a John Deere service manual(Tech). There is one on Ebay for $100,and another one on bid that is only up to $20 something. Just look under "John Deere 950 manual"
